Where we ship
We ship worldwide. The countries available are listed at checkout.

Making your piece
Your piece is printed in the colour you choose. Orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays).

Delivery costs and times
Delivery options, their cost and the carrier's estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can vary, especially for international orders.

Tracking
When your order is shipped, we'll email you a confirmation, with tracking where the service provides it.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery costs and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange sending it again; the new delivery cost may be charged.
