Every Ondara piece is built from thin layers, one placed carefully on top of the other. Most makers try to hide the lines that process leaves behind. We chose to keep them. They are the trace of time and patience, a texture that catches the light differently at every hour of the day.
We think the most beautiful things are not the ones that pretend to be perfect, but the ones that are honest about how they were made.
Made slowly, in small batches
Our pieces are made to order in Portugal, in small batches, and checked one by one before they leave us. We would rather make fewer things and make them well than fill your home with more.
